Thanksgiving Holiday Closing Dates and Deadlines

CLOSINGS
The home office will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday Thursday and Friday, Nov. 25 and 26.
Producer and Broker Support Centers will close at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24.

Sales Reporting Dates

Sales reporting and ProducerNet Scorecards for week-ending Nov. 27 will be reported as normal on Tuesday, Nov. 30, and will reflect a three-day processing week.

Make sure business you submit is clean business.

Compensation Dates

Compensation for paper checks will be delayed two business days because of the Nov. 25 Thanksgiving banking holiday.

  • Direct deposits will have an effective date of Wednesday, Nov. 24, as normal.
  • Checks that would have been mailed Nov. 25 will be mailed Monday, Nov. 29.

What Is Clean Business?

  • Submitted by correctly contracted, appointed and licensed producers.
  • Received for new accounts that are completely set up (e-mail confirmation received from New Account Service Center).
  • Not requiring special dating rules (premium or coverage effective dates).
  • Make sure the splits on the Sales Summary equal 100 percent for each role (the sum of the hard codes on the Commission Account Set-Up Sheet and what you enter on the Sales Summary). If you aren't sure what's hard coded, verify commission account information in AIMS. So remember to:
    • Submit business immediately and frequently. Don't wait until the last minute. If you send in your business early, we have more time to address any submission errors or unclean business. It's even more important toward the end of the quarter so we can process your business before cut-off dates.
    • Keep your license and appointment current and up to date with us. Fax your updated license for each state in which you need to be appointed to (866) 433-8917.
    • Use Electronic Signature Capture when possible for quick processing.
    • Mail completed paper applications immediately after transmitting electronic non-signature business. Always include a copy of your Sales Summary with the signed applications.
    • Use Track-an-App on ProducerNet to track the status of your applications. Click the Business links in Work Essentials.

3rd Quarter Goals Achieved!

We would like to thank the whole territory for a FANTASTIC quarter!  The territory exceeded it's 3rd Qtr sales goal and finished up at 108.8% of plan.  We also hit and exceeded our tier hit and recruiting goals! 

Congratulations to the following districts who hit their 3rd Qtr sales goals:

 - Davis-Lindsey District: 124.5% of plan
 - Hammonds District:  131.6% of plan
 - Lerman District:  118.8% of plan
 - Sheppard District:  114.0% of plan
